Oliver Wyman is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in the P&C Actuarial Practice to analyze complex problems and deliver client-ready solutions. You will interact with diverse client portfolios including (re)insurers, large corporations, captives, and regulators.

The role emphasizes collaboration with consultants, engineers, and analysts, with opportunities to leverage AI-driven approaches in traditional actuarial projects such as pricing, reserving, and capital modeling.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years actuarial experience; ACAS or FCAS credentials.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Project Work: pricing/ratemaking, predictive modeling, economic capital modeling, and warranty/loyalty programs.
• Project Management: oversee projects with minimal principal involvement and manage client communications.
• Analytical Review: ensure technical accuracy across analyses, templates and exhibits.
• Exhibits and Reporting: prepare exhibits and written client reports.
• Client Engagement: attend and participate in client meetings.
• Business Development: assist in proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: translate findings for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: work with engineering teams to translate actuarial specs into technical requirements.
• Quality Management: ensure regulatory and internal standards compliance.
• Innovation Contribution: improve tools, processes, methodologies.
• People Management: mentor analysts on project teams.
