Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking an Oyster Bar Server to deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service at the Oyster Bar. You will greet guests, take orders, and maintain knowledge of menu items including beer and wine to ensure a superior guest experience.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, being 21+, and prior customer service experience. You must pass interviews, complete BASSET, ServeSafe training, and obtain the Illinois gaming license if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum bartending skills and knowledge of drinks.
• Good command of English for verbal and written communication.
• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests in a friendly professional manner.
• Takes orders from guests and servers.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and basic beer/wine knowledge.
• Reports to station on time in proper uniform.
• Keeps bars, displays and equipment clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
