Job summary

Oyster Bar at Red Rock (Station Casinos) in Las Vegas invites a guest-facing kettle cook to join our kitchen team. You will work under the Executive Chef and assist with high-volume prep and cooking of meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables.

This role emphasizes maintaining a clean, safe, and well-equipped station, coordinating with peers, and ensuring consistent quality in a fast-paced environment. Previous line cook experience in a busy restaurant is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.
• Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef and Assistant Room Chef with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen area and equipment.
• Keeps cold items stocked and ensures kitchen is in good working order.
