Advantage Point Group, Inc. is seeking an Owners Representative with extensive construction management experience for a position at an industrial plant in Wausau, Wisconsin.

The role requires monitoring capital and plant maintenance projects and coordinating between engineering teams and on-site contractors. You will not perform maintenance work; instead you will oversee safety, contracts, permitting, and compliance with project specifications while navigating a large corporate environment.

Qualifications

• 12 years of industrial/heavy commercial construction experience required.
• General construction experience required.
• Mechanical, electrical, and piping (M/E/P) construction project experience preferred.
• Must be able to navigate political aspects of a large corporate environment.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between engineering and contractors onsite to ensure safety and contract compliance.
• Oversee permitting procedures and ensure work aligns with client specifications.
• Supervise contractors on site without performing maintenance or labor tasks.

Responsibilities

As an Owners Rep you are liaison between engineering & construction contractors, overseeing contractors on site to ensure they are performing tasks safely and compliant with the contract. The Owners Rep's role is to oversee contractors performing work in accordance with the guidelines and specifications of the client and oversee permitting procedures. You will NOT be performing the maintenance and physical labor.

Requirements

• 12 years previous experience in Industrial and/or Heavy Commercial work required
• General construction experience required.
• Mechanical, electrical and piping construction project experience preferred
• Must have the ability to deal with political aspects of a large corporate environment
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Day shift, 9 hour days with some weekends possible
• Full-Time Direct hire
• LOCAL candidates are encouraged to apply.NOT eligible for per diem

Competitive Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $55-$75per hour depending upon previous experience and qualifications
• Pays time and a half for over time
