Advantage Point Group, Inc. is seeking an Owners Representative with general construction management experience for an on-site role at an industrial plant in Wausau, Wisconsin.

The position monitors capital and plant maintenance projects and ensures contractors perform safely and in accordance with contract requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive industrial construction experience, OSHA 30 certification, and strong communication skills to interface between engineering teams and

Qualifications

• 12 years of industrial/heavy commercial experience.
• General construction experience required.
• Mechanical, electrical and piping construction experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to deal with political aspects of a large corporate environment.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Day shift, 9 hour days with some weekends.
• Full-Time Direct hire

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors on site to ensure safety and contract compliance.
• Liaison between engineering teams and construction contractors.
• Monitor permitting procedures and adherence to client guidelines.
• You will NOT be performing maintenance and physical labor.
