Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager I to support owner-side quality on capital projects. You will supervise contractor and supplier quality activities, review inspection records, and ensure conformance to the project quality plan.

You will rotate between field work and documentation, witness hold points, and report progress to the project quality lead. A valid driver's license and site presence are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality control, inspection, or QA on construction or industrial projects.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
• a certification such as ICC, NICET, CWI, or CIP is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Perform quality surveillance of contractor and supplier work against the project quality plan and specifications
• Review contractor QC plans, ITPs, inspection records, and material certifications for completeness and compliance
• Track audit findings, nonconformances, and corrective actions in the project quality database
• Witness hold and witness points and document the results
• Prepare weekly quality status inputs for the project quality manager
