Job summary

JC Automation Corp. is seeking a Work Package Owner for E&I / Automation / IT to oversee a defined project scope from field mobilization to turnover. You will monitor safety, quality, schedule and costs while coordinating interfaces among design, procurement, construction, and CQV teams.

The role requires a strong background in multi-disciplinary project execution, contractor management, and systems completion. English is required; Spanish preferred for Puerto Rico projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical discipline; equivalent construction and industry experience considered.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting complex industrial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, or similar capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-disciplinary construction, startup, and turnover activities.
• Strong understanding of contractor management, construction execution, quality systems, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Base Work Package Ownership: serve as Owner representative from field mobilization through turnover and ensure safety, schedule, cost and interface readiness.
• Contractor Performance Monitoring: track safety, quality, schedule, productivity and drive issue resolution.
• Constraint Management: identify, track and escalate constraints; coordinate interface and design clarifications.
• Interface Management: coordinate interfaces with adjacent packages and operational stakeholders; manage risks.
