As the Owner Benefits Supervisor you are not only the go-to person for all new owners learning about their benefits but a leader in the department to ensure deadlines are met successfully. You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties leading the communication between the Owners, Owner Services Office, and Accor Owner Benefits Department. You communicate well with all Owners, guests, and colleagues, anticipate and resolve issues, and lead your team with various projects. You are levelheaded and are able to focus no matter how busy the office may become.
