Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Telluride, Colorado seeks a Spa Supervisor to lead an engaged team delivering exceptional service in a luxury resort setting. You will oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensure brand standards, and support payroll processes while maintaining guest focus and safety.

Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is an asset.
  • Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Highly reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and supportive approach.
  • Guest-focused, with the ability to remain calm, composed, and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, engaging, and gracious service.
  • Oversee day-to-day Spa operations, ensuring all service and brand standards are upheld.
  • Complete monthly reporting, including retail audits and performance tracking.
  • Support and administer payroll processing as assigned.
  • Ensure team members are well-trained across all Spa operations, including treatment knowledge, retail, and room readiness.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs with efficiency and care.
  • Uphold all departmental policies, procedures, and luxury service standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Starting hourly wage: $21.43/hr
