Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Telluride, Colorado seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily Housekeeping team and ensure immaculate guest rooms and public areas. You will respond quickly to guest concerns and coordinate with other departments to guarantee exceptional experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading and supervising the daily operations of the Housekeeping team, ensuring all service standards are met with warmth and professionalism
• Cleaning and inspecting residences to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation
• Responding swiftly and effectively to guest concerns, recording details and communicating with the appropriate teams to ensure memorable stays
• Communicating daily priorities and updates to colleagues to support personalized, attentive service
• Other duties as assigned

Your Experience and Skills Include

• Highly Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• A genuine, service‑focused personality
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example
• Ability to have direct, honest, and constructive coaching conversations with employees

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Ability to stay focused on tasks and follow direction
• Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to push and pull carts or equipment
• Ability to safely use a step ladder or stairs
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and required PPE
