Job summary

The University of Nebraska seeks an experienced Owner's Representative/Project Manager to oversee multiple small to mid-size facility projects in Lincoln, NE. You will advise clients through planning, design and construction, develop budgets, manage schedules, and coordinate with design/construction teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Required are 3 years of owner’s representative project management experience, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of 2D/3D design tools (e.g.,

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in owner's representative project management functions.
• Experience developing budgets or cost estimates for facilities work.
• Managing multiple upgrade/renovation projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Office (MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of 2D/3D design processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and advise University clients throughout design and construction.
• Integrate planning, design, and construction activities for several projects.
• Develop budgets and cost estimates for facilities projects.
• Prioritize competing tasks to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams and campus stakeholders.
