Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Owner's Representative - Construction Manager to lead project management across multiple sites. You will plan, execute, review, and finalize projects on time and within budget, coordinating internal resources and client teams, and writing reports as needed.

Travel is required to multiple sites. A minimum of 3+ years in construction or related fields is expected, along with excellent writing and relationship-building abilities to ensure

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and writing abilities; proven ability to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Experience in construction or construction-related fields (architecture, construction management, or engineering).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients and teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently from planning to closeout.
• Oversee quality of deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate internal resources and client relationships to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Travel to multiple sites and write reports as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues; manage client follow-up and change requests.
