Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Owner's Representative or Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project goals, budgets, and schedules with the owner.
• Review contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to protect the owner's interests.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, change orders, and invoices.
• Create and maintain project schedules and coordinate stakeholders.
• Establish quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks and mitigate safety, financial, scheduling, and regulatory risks.
• Facilitate clear communication among owner, design team, contractors, and regulators.
• Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Resolve conflicts and escalate issues to the owner as needed.
