Related Group seeks a Construction Manager in Orlando to lead design and construction efforts on multifamily projects. The role focuses on coordinating field operations, budgets, schedules, and quality control, with close collaboration with owners and contractors.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, managing change orders, ensuring safety, and delivering projects within scope and budget. A ten-year track record in project management in multifamily construction is required, along with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, civil engineering or architecture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam.
• Knowledge and ability to perform take-offs and estimates with On-Screen Take-off or Bluebeam.
• Mastery of Procore or other project management software.
• Proficient in MS Projects or Primavera P6 scheduling software.

Mansioni

• Spend ~100% of time in the field office overseeing GC operations.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals to start work on time.
• Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
• Assist with pricing, bidding, and change orders.
• Oversee safety and quality assurance; prepare progress reports.
• Manage project documents and close-out packages.
