Job summary

Connect Advisors, a growing Owner’s Representative firm in California, seeks a Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with owners, architects, contractors, and consultants, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk are managed effectively.

You will communicate proactively with clients and lead project meetings to drive timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of experience in construction management, owner’s representation, general contracting, architecture, engineering, or related project delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with excellent organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and coordination of projects across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for coordination among clients, architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk; report status to leadership and clients.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
• Review schedules, milestones, and activities; identify delays or coordination issues.
• Support development and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Coordinate design and preconstruction activities; review designs and procurement plans.
• Identify risks and issues; work with leadership to implement solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and client communications.
