Job summary

raise consulting seeks an experienced Owner’s Rep Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Southern California, including Pasadena. The role leads projects from pre-development through closeout and acts as the primary liaison among ownership, developers, architects, GCs, consultants, and agencies.

The candidate will review contracts, negotiate changes, monitor budgets and schedules, and resolve issues while supporting business development and expanding the firm’s client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, PM, or owner’s representation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong experience in commercial construction in Southern California and working with GC Firms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Client relationship development and business development experience is a strong plus.
