Responsibilities

• Participate in executive level briefings and decision making for the Project.
• Review and validate Owner’s needs and business requirements for the Project.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of Owner’s requirements relating to budget, program, and schedule.
• Review and provide timely comment on the Design teams program for drawings, specs, schedules, and cost information.
• Advise on permits with Owner and General Contractor during the Project.
• Risk mitigation: evaluate progress, identify risks to quality, budget, and schedule, and implement actions.
