Job summary

OnQGlobal Inc. seeks experienced Owner’s Rep Project Managers to oversee electrical/mechanical commissioning on large-scale data center projects.

You will review contract documents, QC plans, and look ahead schedules while coordinating with GC, contractors, and owners to ensure successful startup and handover. The role emphasizes field oversight, adherence to NEC and industry standards, and proactive risk management across Level 2/3 commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years on large-scale construction projects in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Experience in quality control with data center systems.
• Ability to read test plans, design documents, Cx scripts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents and QC plans; ensure alignment with Codes and specs.
• Develop commissioning schedules and track progress with site teams.
• Attend coordination meetings and drive issue resolution for Level 2/3 commissioning.
