Job summary

OnQGlobal Inc is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager focused on Data Center Fiber Optic Construction. You will lead complex projects, align internal and external teams, develop scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across global operations.

You will oversee vendors and partners, manage risks, and drive projects from initiation through closeout while coordinating across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage and fiber-optics construction.
• RCDD preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex fiber optic construction projects in data center environments.
• Plan requirements with internal/external stakeholders and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across offices/time zones to meet milestones.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in all project activities.
• Develop and review RFPs, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
