Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative from concept through closeout. You will liaise with the client and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align with the owner’s budget and schedule.

Core duties include leading feasibility through occupancy, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering bold, high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Owner’s Representative, PM/CM, or related role.
• Experience leading large-scale expansions or new vertical construction ($50M+).
• Delivery method knowledge: Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CMAR.
• Professional PE/ CCM/ PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the direct liaison between the Owner and project stakeholders (Architects, Engineers, Contractors).
• Lead project development from feasibility through commissioning and occupancy.
• Manage master budget and schedule; monitor costs and keep project financially viable.
• Provide leadership for complex project resolution and risk management.
• Oversee procurement and review pay applications, change orders, and RFIs.
