Job summary

Stantec seeks an Owner’s Representative at the Project Manager level to manage healthcare projects on behalf of owners. You will oversee projects from conceptual planning through design and construction, with regular travel to client sites for onsite supervision.

Based out of the client office, you will coordinate with project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are met to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Owner’s Representative in healthcare project management.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Understanding of preconstruction and contract requirements.
• Ability to analyze and manage project budgets.
• Strong MS Office and scheduling software skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects valued over $100M including renovations, maintenance and new builds.
• Develop and track project schedule and budget across all phases.
• Administer contracts and invoices on behalf of the client.
• Coordinate design, construction, occupancy and closeout with project teams.
• Provide day-to-day oversight and alignment with client goals.
