Job summary

Jobot seeks a Construction Project Manager (Owner's Rep) in Michigan to lead complex construction projects from inception through completion. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors while safeguarding the owner's interests to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field with 5+ years in construction PM, strong leadership and communication, and familiarity with PM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• PMP or CCM certification preferred; LEED a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the owner's interests throughout all phases of construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Manage contract administration, including change orders and payment applications.
• Provide regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
• Implement and maintain quality control and safety programs.
