Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Mid to Senior Project Manager to provide Owner Representation on a hyperscale data center campus in Eagle Mountain, Utah. You will oversee base-build activities across multiple buildings, coordinating design, permits, and field operations with CM/subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in design or construction, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7–10 years in design or construction, with labs, semiconductor, data center, or critical facilities experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior management and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review CM monthly forecast and lead weekly CPM meetings.
• Attend CM/subcontractor planning meetings and manage OFCI schedules.
• Coordinate vendor, IT, roofing, geotech, and inspectors schedules.
• Oversee safety, QA/QC, and field coordination; report progress weekly.
• Manage design coordination, permit processes, and project closeout tasks.
