Job summary

KALCON is seeking a mid to senior level Project Manager to provide Owner Representation on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in Eagle Mountain, Utah. You will oversee multiple scopes during the base build across several buildings, coordinating with CM, vendors, and inspectors to ensure on-schedule delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing forecasts, leading weekly schedule meetings, managing OFCI equipment and vendor starts, and coordinating design through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or relevant trade experience.
• 7–10 years in design or construction; labs, semiconductor, data center, or critical facility experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; strong communication with senior management and teams.

Responsibilities

• Review CM's monthly forecast and participate in weekly CPM schedule reviews.
• Attend detailed planning meetings with CM/subcontractors and manage OFCI equipment schedule.
• Coordinate vendor start-up, commissioning, and IT/roofing/geotech schedule alignment.
• Oversee QA/QC, safety, and field coordination; assess weekly progress and reporting.
• Manage design coordination post-initial design and oversee project closeout.
