Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Mid to Senior level Project Manager to provide Owner Representation on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in Afton, TX. You will manage multiple scopes during the base build of several buildings and coordinate with CM teams, vendors, and government agencies to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes schedule coordination, cost analysis, QA/QC oversight, and active participation in design coordination and permit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or applicable trade experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in design or construction of projects, with labs, semiconductor, data center, or critical facility experience preferred.
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for senior management, service providers, workers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review CM monthly forecast.
• Hold weekly CPM schedule review meetings.
• Attend CM/subcontractor planning meetings.
• Manage OFCI equipment schedule.
