Job summary

Siltt LLC is seeking a resourceful Construction Manager to serve as Owner's Representative for projects in remote, harsh environments. You will bridge communication between the Owner, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with vision, objectives, and budget.

With 6+ years in facility design, construction, and management, you will lead schedules, risk, safety, and quality on large-scale projects. Onsite with extended stays is expected; flexibility to work from home options is available.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Construction Manager experience in commercial or public construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Advise Project Owner on all aspects of commercial construction projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project schedules and provide early feedback on performance and risks to schedules.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to position the project for success.
• Monitor Contractor’s quality control measures to ensure construction activities meet industry standards.
• Serve as a key conduit of information between on-site stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Observe and influence construction teams to foster a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
• Consult to ensure compliance with safety regulations and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
