Job summary

Siltt LLC is seeking a Senior Field Construction Manager to serve as an Owner's Representative for projects located in remote, harsh environments. You will bridge communication between the project owner, contractors, and stakeholders to align with the Owner’s vision and financial constraints.

The role requires 6+ years of field construction experience, strong leadership, and a robust background in environmental considerations.

Qualifications

6–8 years CM experience in commercial or public construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Advise Owner on all aspects of commercial construction from concept to completion.
Ensure environmental compliance and permits throughout construction.
Monitor project schedules and risks; support timely milestones.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor contractor quality control and compliance with standards.
Serve as primary conduit between Owner, contractors, and stakeholders.
Lead construction teams and maintain safety-focused environment.
Maintain contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
