Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Construction Manager experience in commercial or public construction.

Responsibilities

• Advise Project Owner on all aspects of commercial construction from concept to completion.
• Environmental compliance: ensure permits and regulatory adherence throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project schedules, provide early feedback on performance and risk to timelines.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to position the project for success.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
