The role involves comprehensive project management, environmental compliance, and quality control. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Flexible work options are available, but the role requires extended on-site presence in challenging conditions.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Construction Manager experience in commercial or public construction.
• Solid know-how of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Advise Project Owner on all construction aspects from concept to completion.
• Ensure environmental compliance throughout the construction.
• Monitor project schedules and support timely completion.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage quality control to meet standards.
• Communicate with all stakeholders.
• Lead construction teams and subcontractors.
• Consult to maintain site safety.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
