Job summary

SILTT LLC is seeking a Construction Lead to support regional construction execution by providing senior field expertise to deployed Construction Managers-as-Agent and ORM-backed teams. You will help resolve field issues, coordinate contractor activity, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

The role requires a seasoned construction professional with strong field judgment and a focus on moving work forward without adding hierarchy.

Qualifications

• Direct involvement in active construction execution with site engagement and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting complex construction projects (data center, telecom, industrial, civil).
• Experience working with contractors, CMas, ORM, and field teams.
• Ability to support multiple active projects and provide on-site coverage when needed.

Responsibilities

• Regional Execution Support: assist with project-level issues and coordination under ORM guidance.
• CMa Support: act as senior field resource for deployed CMas to move actions to resolution.
• Project Coverage: provide site coverage for vacancies, transitions, and mobilization.
• Issue Follow-Up: clarify field issues, track ownership, and drive next steps.
• Escalation Support: help organize facts and options when issues need leadership input.
• Contractor Coordination Support: assist with coordination, commitments, and recovery needs.
• Site Readiness Support: help with access, mobilization, and field constraints.
• Schedule & Milestone Awareness: monitor looks ahead and delivery risks.
• Quality & Safety Awareness: ensure adherence to quality, safety, and readiness.
• Communication: maintain clear lines with CMas, contractors, and ORM.
• Documentation & Tracking: track actions, notes, risks, and follow-up.
