Siltt LLC is looking for a Project Manager for Construction Delivery in Leesburg, VA. In this role, you will act as the Lead Integrator and Owner’s Representative during the pre-construction phase, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Ideal candidates should have over 12 years of experience in capital project management, with strong expertise in Owner's Representation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in capital project management or construction delivery, emphasizing Owner’s Representation.
• Mastery of the Pre-Construction lifecycle, including GC procurement and contract negotiation.
• Expertise in Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) planning for mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between regional leads and internal functions.
• Forecast and coordinate Owner Furnished Equipment lifecycle during pre-construction.
• Develop RFPs and negotiate terms to maximize value.
