Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking an Owner Rental Coordinator to manage owner calendars, reservations, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance vendors. The role supports the owner rental program year-round and interacts with multiple departments to ensure smooth condo operations.

The position emphasizes strong computer, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on accurate reporting and up-to-date condo information within HOST and on Stratton's website.

Responsibilities

• Input owner calendars and reservations.
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance vendors and owners for upkeep and repairs.
• Update unit statistics and inventory photos annually.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain updated Stratton condo information on the website.
• Maintain and update unit features in HOST.
• Accurately maintain condo reports and records.

This position is responsible for collecting and preparing all statistical reporting, maintaining relationships with other departments and outside vendors. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible position.
