Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont is seeking an Owner Rental Coordinator for our year-round program. You will manage owner calendars, reservations, and condo occupancy, coordinating with housekeeping, vendors, and internal teams to ensure optimal condo performance.

The role emphasizes accurate reporting, data maintenance in HOST, and collaboration with the ORM manager. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in lodging, resort, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong computer literacy is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Input owner calendars and make owner reservations.
• Coordinate property checks on guest/owner arrival and departure.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance vendors, and owners for upkeep and repairs.
• Work with Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure condos operate at top performance.
• Update unit statistics and inventory photos annually.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to keep Stratton's condo info current on the website.
• Maintain and update unit features in HOST.
• Accurately maintain condo reports and records.
• Assist the ORM manager when needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

The Owner Rental Coordinator plays a key role in all behind-the-scenes processes for our owner rental program. This position is responsible for collecting and preparing all statistical reporting, maintaining relationships with other departments and outside vendors. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

• Maintain and update unit features in HOST

• Assist the ORM manager when needed

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill And Ability Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Previous lodging, resort, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
