The Employee Housing Caretaker helps create a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment for Stratton's team members. This role oversees the daily upkeep and maintenance of assigned housing buildings and grounds, serves as the first response for maintenance issues, and supports resident move-ins and move-outs. This is a year-round benefit eligible position, compensated between $21.00 - $23.00/hour, based upon experience.
Local travel between the resort and assigned housing properties.
This position will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
