Job summary

Continental Resources, Inc. is seeking an Owner Relations Coordinator to serve as the initial point of contact for stakeholders. You will provide accurate information and tiered support on ownership, account changes, and payment inquiries, and manage tickets in SAP for proper resolution.

You will collaborate with internal teams to clarify details and guide owners on addressing a wide range of inquiries, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Call center or customer service experience required.
• Background check and drug test as part of pre-employment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries by phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Log all owner inquiries in SAP with detailed owner-specific information.
• Escalate issues outside standard tracking to appropriate stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
