Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from stakeholders across departments.
• Log all owner inquiries in SAP with detailed owner-specific information.
• Coordinate issues that fall outside standard tracking to appropriate stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
