Job summary

bp energy is seeking an Owner Relations Analyst in a hybrid role based in Houston, TX or Denver, CO. The analyst serves as the primary contact for mineral, royalty, and working interest owners, handling a high-volume mix of calls, emails, and cases with accuracy and confidentiality.

You will research division order, revenue, billing, tax documentation and ownership changes while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or owner relations related experience.
• Experience handling high-volume calls, emails and case workflows with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ability to explain complex payment, account or tax information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage owner inquiries via phone, email and case systems from initial contact to resolution.
• Identify root causes and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Research and respond to ownership changes, payments, documents and accounts.
• Collaborate with Division Order, Land, Revenue Accounting, Legal and Technology teams.
• Ensure proper validation and compliance before updates or disbursements.
