Job summary

Meredith Lodging North Coast is seeking an Owner Relations Manager to oversee a portfolio of homes along the Oregon coast. You will partner with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure homes remain in pristine condition and deliver exceptional care for homeowners and guests.

You will serve as the main point of contact, nurture relationships, and manage operational tasks, inspections, and vendor coordination to maintain top-tier service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management, hospitality, or client services.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, with homeowners and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of homeowners, maintaining responsive relationships.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep properties clean, safe, and functional.
• Monitor furniture, appliances, electronics, and personal property for like-new condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and proactively resolve issues.
• Respond promptly to owner requests with professional, solution-focused communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless owner and guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of home condition, maintenance schedules, and service requests.
• Review owner statements monthly and participate in quarterly QA visits.
• Create, audit, and process work orders, source vendors, and schedule services.
• Perform monthly VRBO/Airbnb audits.
• Assist Business Development in recruiting and onboarding new homes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Meredith Lodging North Coast is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Owner Relations Manager to oversee a portfolio of homes in the Pacific City area. The Owner Relations Manager will ensure that the homes are maintained to the highest industry standards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional care—ensuring that all furnishings, appliances, electronics, and amenities are kept in pristine condition. You will treat each home as if it were your own, ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly and efficiently. As a key point of contact for homeowners, exceptional customer service and responsiveness are essential. You will be expected to address homeowner needs promptly and professionally, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of homeowners, maintaining strong, responsive relationships. Monitoring, responding to and correcting guest reviews.
• C oordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all properties are clean, safe, and fully functional at all times.
• Monitor the condition of furniture, appliances, electronics, and personal property—ensuring all are in like-new condition.
• Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and resolve any issues.
• Respond promptly to owner requests, questions, or concerns, providing solutions with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless owner and guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of home condition, maintenance schedules, and service requests.
• Ensure operational efficiency and team effectiveness across your portfolio.
• Review owner statements at the end of each month
• Quarterly Quality Assurance visits to homes and report on findings
• Create, audit, and process work orders, including sourcing and scheduling vendors.
• Responsible for VRBO/Airbnb monthly audits
• Work with the Business Development Team to recruit and on-board new homes.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or client services. Education or course work may be accepted in place of professional experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to learn and use new software and tools.
