RealJoy PCB is seeking a Property Manager to oversee Panama City Beach properties, coordinating teams and vendors to keep homes guest-ready within budget. You will resolve escalated guest issues and implement proactive maintenance plans to sustain high standards and owner satisfaction.

The role emphasizes organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding guest experiences and strong owner relationships.

Competenze

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 2-3 years management experience.
• 2-3 years experience in property management or similar field.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Highly adaptable.
