T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to join our Nashville-based team. This role requires frequent travel and extended onsite presence at remote locations, serving as the primary company representative in the field.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate commercial and industrial projects, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships while promoting professionalism, autonomy, and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-7 years of project management experience in a commercial and/or industrial construction environment, including prior experience as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager.
• Experience managing projects typically ranging from $5M to $25M in value.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate commercial and industrial construction projects to meet goals within timelines and budgets.
• Travel frequently and maintain on-site leadership with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and refine project goals, schedules, and budgets; track performance against schedules and critical path milestones.
• Coordinate due diligence and ensure documentation is maintained and delivered.
• Provide estimating assistance to preconstruction staff as needed.
• Mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and other team members.
