Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Connecticut to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, schedule, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project cost control and scheduling.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Own project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance.
• Lead communication between owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Review subcontractor agreements, scopes, change orders, and pay applications.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change management, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent and field team on execution.
