Pinckney Street Holdings seeks an entrepreneurial President and Operating Partner to lead an acquired printing and graphics business with two plants in the Atlanta and Greenville metro areas. You will own the P&L, drive growth, and execute the strategic plan with backing from the holding company.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in small business or manufacturing, a hands-on, results-driven mindset, and a desire to own and scale a company through disciplined operations and finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct management or leadership in a small business, light manufacturing, or industrial service with P&L ownership.
• Experience in commercial printing/graphics is a plus.
• Hands-on leader adept at scaling operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and day-to-day operations of the business.
• Lead growth, strategy, and execution with support from the holding company partners.
• Foster high-performance culture and mentor staff as the business scales.
• Collaborate with the holding company board to implement vision and governance.
