Qualifications

• 7+ years leading production in a high-volume environment.
• Experience driving labor cost and throughput to standard.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own plant output including labor cost, throughput, on-time delivery, quality, and safety.
• Lead a multi-shift, high-volume operation (24/7).
• Develop and coach managers and supervisors (5-6 direct reports).
• Oversee warehouse, inventory, and materials management; partner to hit goals.
