Job summary

Pinckney Street Holdings seeks a high-aptitude President and Operating Partner to assume ownership of an industrial printing and graphics business with two plants in the US. The role includes full P&L responsibility, strategic leadership, and an equity stake in the operating entity.

You will work with the holding company, receive ongoing oversight and resources, and drive value through operations, profitability, and scalable growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct management or leadership with P&L ownership in a small business
• Experience in manufacturing, printing, or graphics is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on operational execution from shop floor to front office
• Owner-operator mindset with drive for financial upside and autonomy

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and daily operations of the acquired business
• Lead production optimization, supply chain, and workforce efficiency
• Drive profitability and identify organic growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the holding company board to execute the strategic vision
