1st Precision Grading LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operator/Foreman to drive grading projects and lead field crews. This hands-on role requires delivering high-quality site prep work, reading civil plans, and coordinating daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of heavy grading equipment experience, foreman or crew lead background, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency on the jobsite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating heavy grading or earthwork equipment.
• Prior foreman or crew lead experience in grading, excavation, or site development.
• Ability to read and interpret civil grading plans and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of grade checking, drainage, and compaction standards.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus
• Familiarity with GPS/machine control systems preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a safety-first mindset
