Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating heavy grading equipment
• Foreman or crew lead experience in grading or site development
• Ability to read civil grading plans and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Operate graders, scrapers, excavators, and compactors on grading projects
• Supervise field crew to ensure safety and on-schedule completion
• Read grading plans and construction documents
• Monitor grade elevations to meet specs
• Coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report maintenance
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards
