Forward Air invites Owner Operators to join a partner-focused program designed to boost profitability. As part of a closed terminal network, you’ll access steady freight, strong pay, and resources that help your business grow beyond driving.

Earn up to $250,000 gross per year with base pay of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Most routes are 99% no-touch with 2–3 weeks out.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an Owner Operator within Forward's closed terminal network.
• Maximize earnings through pay structures and bonus programs.
• Coordinate routes within Forward’s nationwide terminal network.
