Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators who want a partnership that treats their business as a priority. You'll operate as an entrepreneur within Forward’s closed terminal network, gaining steady freight, strong pay, and dedicated support to help your operation grow.

Expect high earnings—up to $250,000 gross per year—with a base of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile, plus FSC and weekly averages of $4,100–$5,200 gross. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid within the first year.

Qualifications

• 12+ months verifiable driving experience required.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• No-touch freight experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Owner Operator within Forward Air's closed terminal network.
• Maintain safety and compliance while maximizing earnings within program structure.
