Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators to join its nationwide network. Drivers earn up to $250,000 gross per year with base compensation of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week.

Solo Owner Operators run 99% no-touch, drop & hook freight, averaging 26,000 pounds, with 2–3 weeks out at a time and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year. Strong support and cost-saving programs help maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 12+ months driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Equipment newer than 10 years old.
