Job summary

Forward Air Corporation is seeking Owner Operators who want to partner as business owners within Forward’s closed terminal network. Earn up to $250,000 gross per year with base compensation and miles-based pay, plus a sign-on bonus and fuel-surcharge programs.

Drivers average 2–3 weeks on the road with 99% no-touch freight and 100+ locations nationwide. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 paid within the first year and dedicated Driver Support Team to assist with issues.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years old.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate an OTR tractor-trailer within Forward Air's network.
• Maintain safety and compliance while on the road.
• Potentially handle load and unload coordination as needed.
